Description
- Manage the overall inventory and administration processes within the department.
- Ensure accurate stock control and efficient distribution of products.
- Coordinate with other departments for optimising stock levels.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Manage staff and handle their training and development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels and administrative efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the department's strategic planning and decision-making.
Profile
The successful 'Stock & Admin Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience Operations Management with a strong skill base around inventory and systems.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications.
