- Base Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, based on experience + car allowance.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) Bonus: £75,000 - Performance-based structure with clear targets.

- Staff Retention Bonus: Linked to maintaining a maximum 5% staff turnover.
- Daycare Recurrent Retention Bonus: Performance-based incentive for maintaining customer retention.
- Budget Control Bonus: Linked to effective management of labour costs and overall site expenditure.
- Site Review & Complaints KPI Bonus: Rewarding strong performance in customer satisfaction and site management.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor managers and team members, fostering a caring, positive, engaged, and high-performing culture.
- Lead and support site managers, ensuring smooth operations and strong team morale.
- Motivate and manage the front office, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to consistently achieve monthly turnover targets.
- Hold regular team meetings, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Oversee all aspects of running licensed premises, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain high standards across all sites in licensing laws, health & safety, and operational best practices.
- Manage budgets for labour, training, maintenance, cleaning, uniforms, and other operational costs.
- Take full ownership of maintenance and repairs across all locations.
- Ensure all departments have the tools, training, and support needed to perform at their best.
- Monitor and report weekly KPIs across sites, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all business areas are performing efficiently and meeting strategic objectives.
- Play a key role in delivering the company’s growth strategy, leading the successful opening of new sites.
- Manage recruitment, training, procurement, and budgets for new locations.
- Drive business growth initiatives, improving customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

- Proven experience hiring, managing and retaining small teams (less than 50 employees) with 2 or more departments or site managers
