CMA is working in partnership with a people focused business to source an experienced Payroll and HR professional to join the team in a fast-paced, dynamic business. Based in Basingstoke, this hybrid role offers flexibility, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.As Payroll specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for all employees. You’ll manage a high-volume workload, working closely with various departments to ensure payroll runs smoothly and in line with legal requirements. You will help drive efficiency and best practices within the team, while also serving as the business's go-to expert for payroll systems and processes.What will the Payroll specialist role involve?

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll specialist vacancy:

  • Proven experience in payroll management.
  • Knowledge of offshore payroll system and relevant legislation.
  • Experience of transferring between payroll systems would be beneficial.
  • HR experience with onboarding, Benefits.
  • Any experience with Channel Islands and or European payroll would also be beneficial.
