Seeking a UK&I Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) for a growing Financial Services client of ours in Basingstoke. This is a role for a highly competent payroll specialist to process end to end payroll for multiple entities.

Description
UK&I Payroll Specialist (Hybrid)
- End to end payroll ownership (UK and Global)
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally (across HR and Finance) to collate payroll data
- Accurate monthly payroll data submission
- Monthly reconciliation compliant with in country legislation
- Review third party information
- Keep payroll procedures up-to-date - continual improvement
- Supporting payroll audit
- Align payroll deadlines across numerous entities
Profile
UK&I Payroll Specialist (Hybrid)
- End to end payroll processing exposure (essential)
- Exposure to supporting in house as well as external payroll providers
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Packages
- Confident independent working
- Happy with commuting to an office (Basingstoke) on a hybrid basis, very ad hoc travel to other offices
- CIPP Qualified (highly desirable)
- International payroll exposure (alongside UK)
