About the Role

- Provide essential regulatory guidance and support, driving a culture rooted in Conduct Risk and Customer Outcomes.

- Overseeing the Compliance Mailbox, addressing regulatory inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborating across departments to ensure all activities meet FCA and PRA standards.

- Enhancing Information Security practices by identifying potential risks and developing solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience within a similar vacancy within Financial Services is essential.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective cross-level collaboration.

- Experience in compliance audit or a regulated sales environment.

- Deep familiarity with the UK's financial regulatory framework.
