The Company:
This Quality Support Advisor opportunity is covering care homes specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care across South/South West England. Part of a company with an excellent reputation for the exceptional level of care they provide not only their residents but the support they provide to their staff.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out routine snapshot audits and reviews, providing follow-up support to ensure all actions and objectives are met and maintained
- Assisting Managers in producing improvement and action plans, providing support to ensure these are implemented, advising on current best practice and sharing learning from other home
- Carrying out a range of training across our homes including Moving & Handling, Care Planning and MCA/DoLS training.
