The Procurement TeamYou will be part of our newly established procurement team, working alongside the Procurement Director and the Chief Commercial Officer. The team’s goal is to develop a complete suite of regulatory-compliant, commercially beneficial supplier agreements across all group companies. This is facilitated using specialized software that automates compliance, manages third-party risks, and stores supplier data.

Role PurposeAs a Procurement Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the implementation and management of the procurement software. This includes transferring existing documentation, maintaining up-to-date supplier records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Procurement Director to oversee new agreements and revenue assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring completion and compliance.

  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date supplier document repository, including all amendments and addendums.

  • Monitor and notify the Procurement Director of upcoming contract expirations.

  • Compile and present supplier variations, such as annual price changes, in Excel or other required formats to assist in negotiations and budget planning.

  • Collaborate with senior management across group companies to clarify which supplier agreements fall under procurement and which are managed at the senior level.

Key Tasks

  • Ensure all supplier agreements conform to ISO and other framework accreditations.

  • Develop and uphold best practices and standards for procurement processes.

  • Analyze and compare supplier agreements to identify cost differences and opportunities for savings.

  • Proactively identify training needs and address knowledge gaps.

  • Strive for near-perfect accuracy in all tasks.
