Construction Project Manager

2 x Project Manager 

Must have high end refurbishment experience , looking for candidates who have worked for high end refrubishment companies rather than day to day housing estates. 

Projects valued at 5-10 million so you will need exprience on working with this size project, 

Salary 70-75k + Package
- 5k car allowance
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 3 Additional for Christmas
