If the answer is yes, please read on....Our client has a vacancy for a sales negotiator to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will ideally need to be currently working within the estate agency industry and be looking for a position where they can grow further within the company.You will be a people person, confident, self-motivated and driven, as well as well-presented, articulate and able to communicate at all levels. Solid IT, telephone and written skills are also required to perform the role to a high level, whilst providing exceptional and memorable service to all that you support. Key elements of the role and not exclusive are:

  • Arranging and conducting viewings.
  • Obtaining and passing back viewing feedback.
  • Vendor & Applicant support and guidance.
  • Assisting with negotiations.
  • Business generation.
  • Assisting with marketing.
  • Assisting & supporting team members

Our client is looking for a person who is able to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rota.
