Are you a cheerful, organised individual looking for your next opportunity? Our client is searching for a dynamic Receptionist to join our vibrant team!

Location: Basingview

Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.50

Temporary - Ongoing

What You'll Do:As the backbone of our administration, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our clients site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration: Filing, organising, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Utilising our company software, (training provided) to raise invoices and purchase orders.
  • Chasing arrears from tenants and managing cheque banking.
  • Crafting professional correspondence using Microsoft Office and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  • Engaging with tenants and clients face-to-face and over the phone, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Providing support to other branches as needed, especially when colleagues are on holiday or sick.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • A flexible approach to work.
