Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in transactional and part-qualified accountancy roles, you will:

• Business Development: Proactively engage in business development, making calls to prospective clients and fostering lasting partnerships.
• Client Meetings: Visit clients on-site to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.
• Networking: Build strong relationships, ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
• KPIs: Achieve goals by meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and tracking your achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field.
• Resilience: Determined and dedicated to achieving success.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
• Motivation: Financially driven and ambitious.
• Competitiveness: Strong work ethic and a competitive nature.
