What's involved?
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the restaurant, C&B, and the bar & lounge areas, responsible for all F&B output across the hotel. You will be a hands-on Manager, leading from the front to drive service standards whilst achieving your financial targets.
Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star multi-outlet hotel is essential.
