High End Residential Site Manager

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent contract £65,000 per annum.

You will be running a high end residential site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily plan of activities for all site staff, communicating via daily activity briefs
• Ensure the project is completed to programme
• Responsible for safety and quality on site
• Daily communication with Project Managers

Requirements

• CSCS card (essential)
• SMSTS (essential)
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion and desire to learn and grow within the industry
• Good level in Word, Excel and Outlook

Benefits

• Permanent role
• £60,000 - £65,000
• Weekly pay
