About The School

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Maths Teacher for an SEN Autism school in Basingstoke Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible maths lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.

  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £162 per day
  • Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings

Experience, Training And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
