Part time Admin & Purchasing Assistant.
Ideally working a 3 day week - 8.00am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
FTE salary of 25,000 pro-rated accordingly.
25 days holidaysand bank holidays - pro-rated if 3 days also Christmas bonus.
This is an office based role in an accessable location on Chineham Business Park. Really nice offices working within a small friendly team of people.
The role is split between general office duties, ordering of supplies and stationery, answering calls, accounts admin, including posting supplier invoices, opening new customer accounts and nominal ledger also dealing with the admin for the sub contractors, updating the labour rates, emailing wage sheets and maintaining the central database.
Al least 2 years experience in a similar role.
