Day-to-day of the role:- Design and deliver engaging maths lessons tailored to learners from entry 3 to level 1 functional skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to help learners achieve their educational goals.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Prepare learners for assessments and ensure they understand the curriculum requirements.
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths, specifically functional skills.
