Experienced across a wide range of plant hire equipment?

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Plant Engineer (Workshop) to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to repair and service a wide range of construction plant

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £36k, depending on experience.

This role is a full time and permanent role. The hours of work will be 07.30 to 17:00

Reporting to the Plant Manager your responsibilities will include:

Working in fast paced environment
Carrying out pre delivery inspections of plant hire machinery
Carry out servicing of plant machinery
Working on a range of plant – Telehandlers 4-20m / Excavators 0.8t – 25t / Rollers / Dumpers / Small plant / Generators / Access

The ideal candidate:
Able to carry out diagnoses, troubleshooting and major/minor repairs
Assist colleagues general workshop duties and major repairs
Have eye for detail and pride in work
Enthusiastic about work and has a can-do attitude, Able to think on their feet and can adapt to changes in workplace
