Signature Recruitment Bristol is thrilled to partner with a prestigious Chartered Accountancy Practice located in the picturesque heart of Bath. Our client is seeking a qualified accountant to join their thriving practice as a Client Advisor. This company are going from strength to strength, growing year on year. This role has come around due to organic growth within the company.

Joining a team of 20, you will be looking after clients’ accounts. This is a full-time, hybrid role, working 37.5 hours a week, core hours being 9am to 5.30pm but they are flexible around this.

The role

As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the practice. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and specialist assignments, collating all information to meet client needs, compliance and budget
  • Report back into partner level to justify any additional fees
  • Assisting with the Tax and VAT department
  • Build and maintain consultative client relationships and build the business portfolio
  • Support the training and development of staff within the team

Requirements

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Need to have experience with a portfolio of clients
  • have practise experience (preferred)
