Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in the South West Bath area on the recruitment of a full time and permanent Management Accountant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a qualified or part qualified accountant, who is looking for their next challenge, in a fast paced and hands on environment.
Our client adopts a hybrid working model that would require you on site for 2 days per week, and the ability to work the remainder from home.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include but will not be limited to:
- Delivering monthly management accounts including posting journals and accruals.
- Managing all prepayments and variance analysis.
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting with financial reporting and analysis.
- Producing budgeting models and statements
- Assisting with preparation of year end accounts and annual audits.
- Business partnering with both internal and eternal stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Strong proven experience of management accounting and finance business partnering.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Exceptional communicator able to develop strong professional relationships.
- Prior experience working in healthcare is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £36-44k (dependant on experience) plus benefits including 27 days + bank holidays, private pension, study support, life assurance, health cash plan and more.
