Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Partner, you’ll lead the private client tax function and play a crucial role in driving the success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Focus
  • Leading the delivery of bespoke tax consultancy services to high-net-worth individuals with a focus on wealth planning
  • Overseeing all aspects of personal tax compliance, trust taxation, and strategic advisory projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive advice aligned with tax legislation changes
  • Collaborating with the tax team to ensure timely and accurate completion of client assignments
Business Development
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities by offering innovative, forward-thinking solutions
  • Promoting and marketing the firm’s services to new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones
  • Contributing to the development of new services within private client tax to enhance the firm’s offering
Leadership
  • Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth
  • Encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results
  • Participating in management meetings and playing an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm
