Role Responsibilities
As a Tax Partner, you’ll lead the private client tax function and play a crucial role in driving the success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Focus- Leading the delivery of bespoke tax consultancy services to high-net-worth individuals with a focus on wealth planning
- Overseeing all aspects of personal tax compliance, trust taxation, and strategic advisory projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive advice aligned with tax legislation changes
- Collaborating with the tax team to ensure timely and accurate completion of client assignments
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities by offering innovative, forward-thinking solutions
- Promoting and marketing the firm’s services to new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones
- Contributing to the development of new services within private client tax to enhance the firm’s offering
- Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth
- Encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results
- Participating in management meetings and playing an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience in private client tax, including inheritance tax, trusts, family investment companies, intergenerational planning, and domicile matters
- Proven ability to manage and grow a high-net-worth client portfolio
- Strong track record in business development, generating new opportunities, and building long-term client relationships
- Experienced in leading and motivating teams with a collaborative and innovative approach
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and the ability to deliver impactful results
