Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a reputable professional services company based in Bath with their search for a Client Service Administrator.

In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Operations team, assist the team with day-to-day administration duties, and provide clients with excellent service.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Preparing letters such as letters of authority.
  • Producing reports for the Financial Planners.
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain fees.
  • Processing application forms and upload supporting documentation to the system.
  • Requesting policy information, documents, and product comparisons from third parties.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and gathering relevant information during the client onboarding process.
  • Liaise with clients over the phone and via email.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office products.
  • At least 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (including Maths and English).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A flexible and proactive approach.
  • Previous experience as an administrator or a strong desire to work in financial services.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Proven experience producing accurate and timely information.
