REED Business Support in Bath is looking for a Temporary Project Support Administrator for 2 months to work in their Bath office and support a team of project professionals. 

Temporary – asap start for 2 months

Full time, Monday to Friday

Hybrid 

£26,300 

Typical daily duties include: 

•    Supporting project members by preparing agendas, taking minutes and liaising with both internal team members and external stakeholders to arrange meetings•    Proactively identifying potential issues and communicating these to the Project Management team and project lead in a timely manner•    Overseeing and co-ordinating data collection and utilising this data in producing detailed reports  •    Providing administrative support within the project team •    Booking rooms for in-person meetings or arrange online meeting links and ensuring all meeting papers are prepared and circulated efficiently•    Assisting in the planning and organising of events, including preparing programmes, organising venues •    Working closely with the Marketing Communications Officer to develop effective communications and maintaining a stakeholder engagement contact list.•    Making travel arrangements for project members through the appointed travel agency 

Ideally you will have:

•    Experience in a project support or administrative role•    Excellent organisational and time management skills•    Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders•    Proficiency in using office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software•    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines•    Experience in minute taking and preparing reports•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
