Job Title: Part Two Architectural Assistant

Salary: £25,000-31,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be supporting an award-winning architectural practice whose talented team of Architects, Technologist's and Interior Designers have a diverse portfolio of projects. Their expertise lies in heritage and conservation projects, where they deliver creative and unique designs to breathe new life into old buildings. They are keen to continue their success and growth with the addition of a Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their thriving team in Bath.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will be a confident user of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Sketch Up with experience of heritage and high end residential projects.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
- You will have post Part 2 qualification experience in UK Architectural practice
- Well verse in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and Sketch Up
- Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
- Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working on heritage, residential and commercial projects
- Work well within a team environment
- Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Live locally to Bath / Bristol area
