We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join a dedicated team, where you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis and Project Shaping: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to scope and prioritise strategic programmes and projects.
  • Business Case Development: Lead the process for developing strategic project Business Cases and monitor Benefits Realisation.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to establish robust financial management processes.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide expert advice on the utilisation of business analysts and recommend resource allocation to optimise return on investment.
  • Tools and Guidance Development: Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and guidance to support project and change management frameworks.
  • Training and Consultancy: Develop and motivate stakeholders through training and consultancy, translating best practices into practical approaches.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage the process to identify, define, evaluate, plan, track, and realise business benefits of programmes and projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify, analyse, and manage risks within the portfolio, driving solutions and providing evaluations of progress.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage Business Analyst colleagues, including external contractors and project staff.
  • Set standards for Business Analytics methodologies and coach, mentor, train, and develop project management professionals.
