The Role:

Join a 100+ employee digital and data transformation consultancy operating in the UK Defence industry.

They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their fast-growing team.

This will be a mixture of remote working, office working and visits to client sites around the M4 corridor. Please note that you must be open minded about travelling to client sites as and when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into detailed project requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Perform detailed gap analysis.
• Create and maintain reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
• Document business processes and workflows.
• Support the sales and bid processes.

Requirements:

• Eligible for SC Clearance.
• Strong research, analysis and presentation skills.
• Experience in conducting user journey mapping and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies
• Experience in managing business change initiatives
