Our client are a dynamic start-up sales agency within the education industry, that are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You will play a vital role in managing sales pipelines and strategies to ensure growth within advertising and sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the sales journey and ensure accurate forecasting
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Generate advertising plans
- Ensure records are kept updated on the CRM Systems
Person Specification:
- 5+ years' experience within sales/business development
- Good knowledge of generating and contacting new sales leads
- Previous experience working in a sales agency is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for sales and business development
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Hours of work will be, Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5.00pm
