WINNER are currently working with a family-owned, staff focused, eco-friendly cleaning company who, due to their continued success, are currently searching for a Support Manager to assist a Portfolio Manager in overseeing a range of commercial cleaning sites across Bath to Bridgewater.

This role is perfect for a cleaning supervisor looking to take the next step in their career, and offers fantastic potential progression prospects into an area manager position for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a support manager, you will work closely with the operations director/portfolio managers to attend site visits and quality control audits.
  • Face to face interactions with customers and staff.
  • As a support manager, you will carry out staff inductions.
  • A support manager will work with the portfolio manager reporting of poor quality of service.

Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector
  • Customer service and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
  • Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites
  • Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed
  • You must be flexible to work 40 hours a week.
  • Be of a smart and professional appearance
