WINNER are currently working with a family-owned, staff focused, eco-friendly cleaning company who, due to their continued success, are currently searching for a Support Manager to assist a Portfolio Manager in overseeing a range of commercial cleaning sites across Bath to Bridgewater.

This role is perfect for a cleaning supervisor looking to take the next step in their career, and offers fantastic potential progression prospects into an area manager position for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
- As a support manager, you will work closely with the operations director/portfolio managers to attend site visits and quality control audits.
- Face to face interactions with customers and staff.
- As a support manager, you will carry out staff inductions.
- A support manager will work with the portfolio manager reporting of poor quality of service.
Skills & Experience:
- Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector
- Customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
- Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment.
- Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites
- Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed
- You must be flexible to work 40 hours a week.
