Internal sales professional

Our client, a national electrical wholesaler are looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional to maximise and expand on their current and potential customer base.

This is a proactive internal sales role involving.

* Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.Working as part of a team within the sales department* Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.* Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service* A can do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customer* Attention to detail & able to manage own workload* A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure* A proven track record of working in telephone sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential* Ambition to progress and achieve with a good sense of humour.* Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.* Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible and quoting on special projects.

Basic £32 - £38K
