As Executive Chef, you'll take a strategic approach to managing all culinary outlets across this luxury hotel, which includes a 2AA Rosette fine-dining restaurant and high-end events and weddings. You'll use your culinary expertise and business acumen to drive the hotel's food vision - showcasing the best local & seasonal produce available, complemented by elegant service. Dividing your time between kitchen management and hands-on cooking, you'll develop menus, uphold the highest food safety standards, and inspire your brigade to deliver outstanding dishes for every service.
