I am currently recruiting for a small, renowned Michelin starred restaurant looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join their strong brigade for their multi rosette and 1* restaurant in Somerset within easy commute by car or public transport from Bristol.

The successful Pastry Chef must have strong pastry experience for 2yrs+ within 2/3AA+ rosette level restaurants and/or 5* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
