The Job Role

• A Sous chef to work in a busy restaurant with prior experience in a high volume site
• A Sous chef to manage a large team
• A Sous chef to continuously drive forward standards of food service
• A Sous chef to develop and train new and upcoming staff
• A Sous chef to help the head chef run the busy venue and manage the kitchen when out of the business

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high volume environment.
• Experience managing teams is a must
• Must of worked in a fresh food venue previously.
• Self-starter with high quality service standards.
• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
