No accommodation offered. Parking onsite. Shifts - 5 over 7 days. Kitchen 5-6 chefs. - not a loud kitchen but lots of comradery.Head Chef likes input and ideas from the team, support creativity and autonomy in role, encourages chef’s bring ideas and testing out options for menus.
Covers over Christmas and summer can be 150 or higher, but usually 50s.
Lots of small events - private and corporate. Plate - our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea, this sometimes changes in slow season.
Offers small plate and menu changes often.
