A trendy boutique hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in enhancing food standards.
The role offers a 48-hour work week spread over 5 days, with a service charge of £5-£6K per year.
Candidates should have experience in quality hotels and exposure to 1 - 2 AA rosette menus.
The Sous Chef will act as a Deputy to the Head Chef, helping to train and develop a brigade of seven.

This trendy and modern boutique hotel are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join the Head Chef in increasing food standards. They offer:

48 hour week over 5 days maximum
£5-£6K per year service charge
Mixture of straight shifts, no splits

This property has a good mix of restaurant and hospitality services. With regular functions improving the food cost, and allowing an increase in quality through the restaurant menus. Further accolades are now a focus for management.

For this Sous Chef role you must have preferably worked in quality hotels with exposure to 1 - 2 AA rosette menus. You will act as a Deputy to the Head Chef and assist him in training and developing the brigade of seven.
