This trendy and modern boutique hotel are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join the Head Chef in increasing food standards. They offer:
  • 48 hour week over 5 days maximum
  • £5-£6K per year service charge
  • Mixture of straight shifts, no splits
This property has a good mix of restaurant and hospitality services. With regular functions improving the food cost, and allowing an increase in quality through the restaurant menus. Further accolades are now a focus for management.

For this Sous Chef role you must have preferably worked in quality hotels with exposure to 1 - 2 AA rosette menus. You will act as a Deputy to the Head Chef and assist him in training and developing the brigade of seven.
