Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM) is seeking a Chief Executive Director – Europe to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence, ensuring the ministry’s mission is fulfilled across the region.

About the Role

As CEO – Europe, you will be responsible for representing, leading, and implementing KCM’s mission in alignment with its global vision. You will report to a committed and dedicated Board of Trustees, working collaboratively to drive the strategic direction of the ministry in Europe, while also reporting operationally to the US International Executive Director to ensure alignment with KCM’s global leadership and strategy.

You will be leading a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly capable team, building on their strengths and seeking new ways to enhance and expand the ministry’s impact. This role requires a leader who can inspire, innovate, and explore new ways of delivering the message, ensuring alignment with KCM’s strategic vision while working as part of a globally connected ministry team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the ministry’s vision across Europe, ensuring alignment with KCM’s global mission.
• Operational Oversight: Manage financial, human, and physical resources to maintain sustainability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Spiritual Leadership: Represent Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, and Pastors George and Terri Pearsons, promoting and supporting their teachings and initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK Charity and Company Law, as well as other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Partner churches, donors, and key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of faith, integrity, honesty, transparency, and excellence.
• Innovative Ministry Growth: Identify new ways to expand and deliver the ministry’s message, ensuring its continued impact in a changing world.

About You

We are looking for an inspiring leader who is aligned with the beliefs and core values of Kenneth Copeland Ministries and has the skills to lead a faith-driven organisation. The ideal candidate will have:

• Spiritual Leadership & Faith – A Spirit-filled believer with a strong commitment to KCM’s mission and teachings.
• Proven Executive Experience – Significant leadership experience, ideally within a faith-based organisation, charity, or ministry.
• Strategic & Operational Expertise – A track record of leading organisations, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with charity governance.
• People Leadership – Strong ability to mentor, develop, and inspire teams in a diverse, cross-cultural setting.
• Financial Acumen – Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and ensuring financial transparency.
• Exceptional Communication – Skilled in public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and representing an organisation at high-profile events.
• Global Perspective – Understanding of the European cultural, social, and legal landscape, with an ability to adapt global ministry objectives to a regional context.
• Willingness to Travel – Flexibility to travel internationally as required to represent KCM at meetings, conferences, and ministry events.
