Right now, were looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team, focusing on Partnerships, internal and external stakeholder management and delivery of content to partner brand customers.



THE ROLE


Over the years L&C has partnered with a number of blue chip businesses and high street names to offer its mortgage service to their visitors and customers. The routes to market vary from traditional offline referrals through to digital data sharing using APIs. The Marketing Executive is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and measurement of trackable marketing assets. Including website landing pages, promotional emails and printed brochures. Youll help develop and maintain L&Cs mortgage offering as distributed through Partner brands, ensuring these partnerships are and remain successful, working under often tight deadlines.



FCA CERTIFICATION REGIME & CONDUCT RULES

L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Should you apply for a Certified role in another financial services firm then L&C may be required to disclose this information in a Regulatory Reference request.

ABOUT YOU


With a background in marketing and strong experience with stakeholder management, youll be able to develop new and improve upon existing content, keeping up to date with the latest trends and compliance requirements. Youll ideally have had experience within marketing of financial services or other regulated products/services, but ultimately sharp analytical ability and strong attention to detail will be paramount to success, as well as your passion to help deliver the best customer experience and quality outcomes.


Youll need to work both independently and as a team player whos keen to help and support as well as deliver results, youll work with various stakeholders across the business and closely with the Partnerships Team. Youll need to have great organizational ability, able to work multiple workstreams under strict deadlines to ensure info and assets are received in a timely manner
