• Company Car + 5 day working week
• Salary £16,500 + OTE circa £45,000

My client is a leading automotive dealership in Bath, who is renowned for their exceptional customer service and wide range of new and used vehicles. My client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Car Sales Executive, in Bath you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets for both new and used vehicles.
• Building strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Providing expert product knowledge on our vehicle range.
• Effectively utilising sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals.
• Up selling additional products and services, such as finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM data.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the automotive sales industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in cars.
• Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
