Responsibilities:

  • Provide sound legal and commercial advice to mitigate risks across global projects.
  • Review, negotiate, and finalise a variety of contractual documents.
  • Ensure adherence to governance policies during contract negotiations.
  • Assist in the proper administration of contracts and legal frameworks.
  • Deliver training to promote awareness of legal and commercial issues.
  • Collaborate with other business functions to resolve issues effectively.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Legally qualified with 0-4 years post-qualification experience.
  • Essential experience in construction law and the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to draught and review contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
