Right now, were looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive with a keen focus on communications and content, to join our dynamic team with delivering appropriate and informative marketing campaigns for our customers and beyond



THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, and regular, informative communication to both existing and prospective customers. Youll champion the support and growth of our social media channels and communities, regularly measuring and reporting on performance of campaigns


You will play a key role in establishing L&C as top of mind for mortgages, protection and conveyancing, and will help deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time, through our email newsletter, website and social media channels. You will execute marketing strategies, planning regular marketing deliverables and product launches, feeding brand and campaign messaging into our online presence and producing written content as necessary.



FCA CERTIFICATION REGIME & CONDUCT RULES

L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Should you apply for a Certified role in another financial services firm then L&C may be required to disclose this information in a Regulatory Reference request.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Executive with ample experience within communication and content. Equipped with excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen creative ability, youll be able to produce consistently high quality, engaging and informed content and will have proven experience producing content for business social media accounts an understanding of social media as a business page as opposed to personal user is very important. Youll need a keen analytical ability to keep up with trends and practice, as well as a strong attention to detail will be paramount to success, along with your passion to ultimately help deliver the best customer experience. Wed expect some basic understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics especially, and how to use it to track the success of email and social media channels. Ideally youll have had some previous marketing, customer service or administrative experience gained within the financial services sector.


Able to work both independently and as a team player whos keen to help and support as well as deliver results, youll work with various stakeholders across the business, from IT and Partnerships to customer service and compliance to help plan and apply caution. Youll also have an eagerness to learn and try new things, developing your own skills and abilities on an ongoing basis. Experience with creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is desirable but not essential.
