As we continue to support business-as-usual operations and drive forward with improvement initiatives, we are seeking to expand our team. You are a highly collaborative professional, known for building excellent working relationships. You demonstrate a high level of political sensitivity and strong ethical standards. The role of Digital Workplace Specialist involves using your knowledge and experience of the Microsoft 365 environment to enhance user experience, increase knowledge, and boost productivity across the organisation.

This position plays a crucial role in the operational management of the Microsoft 365 suite, working within a managed project pipeline. You will act as a bridge between IT and global business users, ensuring that our systems and processes align with business requirements and objectives.

In addition to managing the M365 feature set, you will lead and support other areas of improvement across the global business, including the implementation of new solutions, software, tools, and platforms.

Responsibilities:

Communicate and explain new M365 features (including Teams) to the business, including drafting communications and producing user guidance.

Collaborate closely with the M365 Team, managing the team's work pipeline and new initiatives.

Prioritise and implement new functionalities with key stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing and emerging M365 technologies, including MS Teams.

Work alongside the M365 team to test and configure new feature sets, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with quality management system (QMS) policies.

Update existing documentation and produce new, high-quality user guides for the wider organisation.

Experience and Qualifications:

Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft 365.

Extensive working knowledge of M365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

Experience or knowledge in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
