• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

• Assist individual students and small groups to enhance learning and development.

• Help prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources.

• Supervise students during lessons, activities, and school events.

• Contribute to classroom management and create a positive learning environment.

• Gain insight into various teaching techniques by working closely with experienced teachers.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

Essential Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to become a teacher.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.

• A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to working in a school environment.

• Willingness to engage with further education and training to progress into teaching.

• Ability to commute to Bath.
