Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Services Team.
  • Handle tenant inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring swift resolution or escalation where necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for our team of engineers, ensuring effective time management.
  • Create and manage contracts and other documentation to support the team’s activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

About You:

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Confident in communication, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Experienced in administration (experience in property services or housing is a bonus).
