Juice is actively recruiting a new role in an established employer in Bath. We are looking to find a new EA to provide thorough and accurate support to senior execs. A large part of the role will include liaising with internal points of contact, 3rd parties and other key stakeholders.

DAY TO DAY:

Organising diaries and attending meetings according to business needs

Manage diary needs fully, manage all business travel arrangements and accommodation

Scheduling internal one to one meetings, appraisal meetings, supplier meetings

Producing documents and management information on behalf of the exec team, briefing execs ahead of meetings

Circulating relevant papers, circulating minutes following meetings

Producing project plans where required, working in collaboration with company objectives

Tracking project plans, updating key milestones, liaising individuals across business re updates

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Great communication skills & someone who is organised and efficient in their approach

Someone who manages their own time very well

A positive approach and a good problem solver & an ability to deliver under pressure

A flexible approach to work and occasional ability to travel to other UK based offices

Advanced MS skills to include Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

An ability to embrace new technologies
