Do you have a sound financial acumen and background in financial management? Are you effective in an SME environment working in a hands on Finance Manager capacity?

Juice is supporting a unique SME in their search for a new Finance Manager, reporting in to the Managing Director.

  • Preparation and overseeing of detailed monthly management accounts by location and for the company as a whole.
  • Provide a month end Management Information pack including Profit and Loss variance Analysis, KPIs, Sales base analysis and bookings and cost analysis
  • Preparation of annual budgets & forecasts
  • Cash management and forecasting
  • Overall responsibility for payroll
  • Preparation of VAT returns and filing
  • Working with and supporting the senior management team

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Someone who is 'hands on' & enthusiastic and willing to take ownership of the finance function and lead from the front with a can do attitude
  • Experience of working in a small team environment within the SME sector and liaising and working with colleagues and operation managers located around the country.
  • At least four to five years’ experience in an accounting role, have a good attention to detail, and have the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Ideally - experience of Xero, Sage and Microsoft packages and Payroll.
  • Be willing to travel as necessary to bases located throughout the UK
  • Be an excellent communicator both written and oral to non-finance people
