Key responsibilities include:

- Efficiently onboarding new clients and servicing existing ones
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, advisers, and paraplanners
- Contributing positively to team dynamics and morale
- Communicating effectively with clients via various channels
- Willingness to engage in occasional business projects
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a financial planning environment
- Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Ability to challenge existing processes constructively
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-driven attitude towards personal development
- CII or RO part-qualified preferred
