This could be the next challenge for you! Our client is developing their team of Client Services Administrators, and you’ll be playing an essential role within this dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with a range of pension and investment enquiries
  • Processing high volumes of written instructions received relating to pensions
  • Dealing with queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
  • Processing new investments and dealing with related queries
  • Completing all related administrative duties
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of pension administration desirable
