KS2 Teacher

Full time KS2 classroom teacher required in a primary school in Bath. A school dedicated to the growth and learning of their pupils in the final years before they move on to Secondary school. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced teacher who can adapt their approach to the needs of the inividuals

About the Role:

  • Teaching KS2 aged children class in a vibrant and diverse primary school setting
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential
  • Working with a supporting TA to offer extra guidance and attention to students with SEN
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
  • Providing care and support to students as needed

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a school setting at primary or early secondary age groups.
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive school community
  • Ability to adapt to individual students and their requirements
