The position offers a salary ranging from £32,000 to £38,500 and requires proven experience as an Arborist.

Candidates must possess relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Maintenance and a full, clean driving license.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Oversee the daily operations of the contract
Ensuring efficient planning and execution of tasks t
Responsible for people management, health and safety compliance
Meeting contract specifications.
Close collaboration with internal teams and clients
Maintaining smooth operations and achieving high-performance standards.

Requirements for Arborist Team Leader

Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31)
Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38)
Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39)
Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41) is highly desirable.
Proven experience as an Arborist.
A full, clean driving license.
Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and risk management.
Ability to train, guide, and mentor others in arboricultural techniques.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
