Sonic Summary
- We are seeking Multi traders in the Bristol and Bath areas for social housing repairs and maintenance.
- The position offers a salary of £25-£26 per hour, with weekly pay and a fuel allowance.
- Responsibilities include repairs and maintenance within occupied properties and liaising with tenants using a PDA system.
- Candidates must have NVQ or time-served experience in a relevant trade, skills in carpentry and minor plumbing, and social housing experience.
- An own vehicle and tools are required for this role.
As the Multi trade you will be responsible for:
Repairs and maintenance within occupied properties
Liaising with tenants
Working off a PDA system
The Multi trade person will receive in return:
£25-£26 per hour
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
No Call-Outs
The successful Multi trade person will:
NVQ or time served in relevant trade
Skills in carpentry and minor plumbing.
Social Housing Experience
Own vehicle and tools
