A market leader in the industrial door and loading bay industry is currently going through a period of substantial growth and is therefore looking to increase their Engineer headcount by nine in total, they are looking to bring in a mix of junior/intermediate/senior Engineers across the UK.

The package on offer includes intense training courses including a fully funded 18th edition electrical installation course, annual bonus scheme, monthly bonus, paid travel door to door, premium overtime rates, company van, and more. Although this is a trainee position, applicants will ideally have at least 12 months of experience in the industry.

As a Trainee Door Engineer you will be responsible for:

The service, maintenance, and repair of industrial door systems such as sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.

The service, maintenance, and repair of loading bay equipment such as dock levelers, dock shelters, wheel locks, traffic light systems, and more.

Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault finding.

Basic electrical wiring.

Identifying additional sales opportunities.

To be considered for this Trainee Door Engineer opportunity, you will need:

Previous experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial door systems such as sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.

A valid UK driving license with no more than six points.

An up-to-date CSCS Card.
