Key Responsibilities
As a Health Care Assistant, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting patients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, weight) and reporting any changes to nursing staff.
  • Supporting patients with daily activities like eating and drinking.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of patient areas and equipment.
  • Following care plans and documenting observations accurately.

What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of UK experience in the social care sector within the past 2 years.
  • A valid UK Driver's license and access to a car (desirable but not mandatory).
  • A DBS on the update service (this can be applied for through us if you do not have one).
